26 weeks paid leave at 100% wages. Plus ₹5,000 medical bonus. Available from 2 contributory periods (about 9-12 months service). Includes miscarriage/adoption.
Can I claim ESI after job loss?+
Medical: continues for 12 months after exit. Cash sickness: only while employed. Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana: 50% wage for 90 days unemployment.
