Employment Contract

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Employee (Employee)

Effective Date: 2024-05-01

1. POSITION
Employee is hired as Software Engineer.

2. COMPENSATION
• Annual CTC: ₹600000
• Salary paid monthly on the last working day
• Subject to applicable taxes and deductions

3. WORKING HOURS
9 AM - 6 PM, Mon-Fri

4. PROBATION
6 months from date of joining. May be extended at company discretion.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Employee agrees to maintain confidentiality of all company information during and after employment.

6. NON-COMPETE
Employee shall not engage in competing business for 12 months post-employment.

7. NOTICE PERIOD
Either party may terminate with 60 days written notice.

8. JURISDICTION
Governed by Indian laws.
