🌿 Ingredients (Whole spices)

Green Cardamom4 tbsp
Cinnamon Sticks2 tbsp (broken)
Dried Ginger2 tbsp
Cloves1 tbsp
Black Pepper1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds1 tbsp

👨‍🍳 Method

  1. 1. Lightly dry roast all spices (1-2 min, no color change)
  2. 2. Cool completely on plate
  3. 3. Grind to fine powder in spice grinder
  4. 4. Sieve once for smoother texture
  5. 5. Store in airtight glass jar - lasts 3-4 months
  6. 6. Use 1/8-1/4 tsp per cup of chai
