Computerized: 10-20 multiple choice questions on traffic rules, road signs, vehicle handling. Pass mark: 60-70% (varies). Time: 10-30 minutes. Result instant. Practice via mock tests on Parivahan.
LL fees?+
Application Rs 200, Smart card Rs 200, Test Rs 50-100, Medical (Form 1A) Rs 100-500. Total: Rs 500-1,000. Failed test retake: Rs 50-200 each attempt.
How long is LL valid?+
Learner license valid 6 months. Apply for permanent DL after 30 days but within 6 months. Cant apply LL twice if first one expires - must wait or have valid reason.
LL driving restrictions?+
Restrictions: Cant drive on highways/expressways, must have L plate (yellow on red), licensed driver must accompany, no commercial driving, no school zones during school hours.
What if I fail LL test?+
