RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made on 2026-04-26 between:

1. Landlord Name, residing at Landlord address (hereinafter called the LANDLORD)

2. Tenant Name, residing at Tenant address (hereinafter called the TENANT)

WHEREAS the LANDLORD is the absolute owner of the property situated at Property address being rented (hereinafter called the PREMISES) and has agreed to let out the premises to the TENANT on the following terms:

1. TERM: 11 months commencing from 2024-05-01.

2. RENT: ₹20000 per month, payable on or before the 5th of each month.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: ₹60000 (interest-free), refundable at termination after deductions for damages/dues.

4. UTILITIES: Tenant shall pay electricity, water, internet, and maintenance charges separately.

5. USE: The premises shall be used for residential purpose only.

6. MAINTENANCE: Tenant to keep premises in good condition. Major repairs by landlord.

7. SUBLETTING: Not permitted without written consent.

8. NOTICE: Either party may terminate with 1 month written notice.

9. JURISDICTION: Courts at Property address being rented.
