Last Will & Testament

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, Your Full Name, S/o Father Name, aged 60 years, residing at Your full address, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils previously made by me.

1. EXECUTOR
I appoint Executor Full Name as the Executor of this Will. If unable or unwilling, my eldest son shall act as Executor.

2. DEBTS AND EXPENSES
I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, and administrative expenses out of my estate.

3. DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE
After payment of debts and expenses, I bequeath my estate as follows:
1. Spouse - 50%\n2. Son - 25%\n3. Daughter - 25%

4. SPECIAL BEQUESTS
My jewelry to my daughter; my books to local library.

5. RESIDUARY CLAUSE
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated, I give, devise, and bequeath to my legal heirs in the proportions stated above.

6. NO CONTEST CLAUSE
If any beneficiary contests this Will, his/her share shall be revoked.
