I, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, S/o Late Mr. Suresh Kumar Sharma, aged about 65 years, residing at 45, Green Valley Society, Powai, Mumbai - 400076, holding Aadhaar No. XXXX XXXX 9876, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all earlier wills and codicils made by me, in the following manner:

1. Declaration: This Will is made voluntarily, without any coercion, undue influence, or pressure, and reflects my free will regarding the disposition of my assets after my death.
2. Beneficiaries and Bequests: I hereby give, devise and bequeath my estate as follows:
   Mrs. Sunita Sharma (Wife):

   House at Mumbai + 50% bank balance + all jewelry

   Mr. Aditya Sharma (Son):

   25% bank balance + Tata Motors shares

   Ms. Priya Sharma (Daughter):

   25% bank balance + Reliance shares
3. Executor: I hereby appoint Mrs. Sunita Sharma (Wife), residing at 45, Green Valley Society, Powai, Mumbai - 400076, as the sole Executor with all powers necessary to administer my estate.
4. Debts: All my just debts, funeral and administration expenses to be paid as soon as practicable from my estate.
5. Mental Capacity: I confirm that I am in sound mental health and understand the nature of this document.
