EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT This Employment Contract is entered into on 2026-04-26 between: 1. Company Name Pvt Ltd, having office at Company Address (the "Company"); and 2. Employee Full Name, residing at Employee Address (the "Employee"). 1. APPOINTMENT The Company hereby appoints the Employee as Software Engineer effective from 2024-04-01. 2. COMPENSATION Annual CTC: ₹1500000 (Detailed salary break-up as per Annexure A — Basic, HRA, Special, PF, Gratuity, Variable, etc.) Salary shall be paid monthly on or before the 7th of subsequent month after applicable deductions. 3. PROBATION The Employee shall be on probation for 6 months from the date of joining. Probation may be extended at sole discretion of management. Confirmation shall be in writing. 4. WORKING HOURS & LOCATION 9 hours per day, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Work location: Company Address. The Company may require travel as necessary. 5. LEAVES As per Company leave policy: Earned Leave, Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave (per applicable laws). 6. CONFIDENTIALITY The Employee shall not disclose any confidential information of the Company during or after employment. This obligation shall survive termination. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All work product, inventions, and IP created during employment shall be the sole property of the Company. 8. NON-COMPETE The Employee shall not engage in any competing business during employment. For 12 months post-termination, the Employee shall not solicit Company employees or clients. 9. NOTICE PERIOD Either party may terminate this contract by giving 60 days written notice. The Company reserves the right to pay in lieu of notice. 10. TERMINATION FOR CAUSE The Company may terminate immediately for misconduct, insubordination, breach of policy, or moral turpitude. 11. RETURN OF PROPERTY Upon termination, Employee shall return all Company property and confidential materials. 12. JURISDICTION This contract is governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts at Company Address.
