PROMISSORY NOTE

For value received, I, Borrower Name, son/daughter of ___________, residing at Borrower Address ("Borrower"), do hereby promise to pay to Lender Name, residing at Lender Address ("Lender"), or his/her order, the sum of ₹100000 (Rupees 100000 only) on or before 2025-12-31.

INTEREST: The amount shall carry interest @ 12% per annum from the date of this note until repayment.

REPAYMENT: Repayment shall be made in lump sum on or before 2025-12-31 to the Lender by NEFT/cheque/cash.

WAIVER: I waive presentment, demand, protest, and notice of dishonor.

This Promissory Note has been executed of my own free will and without any coercion.
