Subject: CEASE AND DESIST - Trademark Infringement

Dear Mr. Rajesh Kumar,

I am writing this letter to demand that you immediately CEASE AND DESIST from the unlawful activity described herein.

FACTS:

My client is the registered proprietor of trademark "TECHFLOW" registered under Trademark No. 1234567 since 2020.
It has come to my client's attention that you are using the mark "TECHFLOW" in your business without authorization.
Your unauthorized use of the trademark is causing confusion among consumers and damaging my client's reputation.
This use constitutes infringement under Section 29 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Failing compliance within 15 days from receipt of this letter, my client shall be constrained to initiate legal proceedings including civil suit for injunction, damages, and rendition of accounts, criminal complaint under applicable provisions, and proceedings before the Registrar of Trademarks, all at your risk and cost.

This letter shall serve as final notice. I expect your written confirmation of cessation within 15 days from receipt.
