INDEMNITY BOND

Know all men by these presents, that I, Indemnifier Full Name, residing at Indemnifier Address, do hereby execute this Indemnity Bond in favor of Bank/Authority/Person.

WHEREAS I have approached Bank/Authority/Person for the purpose of duplicate share certificate / lost passbook / etc..

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH:

1. INDEMNITY
I hereby indemnify and agree to keep Bank/Authority/Person harmless against all losses, claims, demands, costs, charges, and expenses (including legal fees) which may arise on account of the said matter, up to a sum of ₹100000.

2. UNDERTAKING
I undertake that:
(a) The information provided by me is true and correct.
(b) I am the rightful party entitled to the said benefit/document.
(c) I have not assigned or transferred my rights to any third party.
(d) Any future claim arising shall be solely my responsibility.

3. LIABILITY
My liability under this bond shall continue until the matter is fully resolved and Bank/Authority/Person is fully discharged.

4. ENFORCEMENT
Bank/Authority/Person shall be entitled to recover any amount due under this bond from my assets and properties.
